✨ The Nail Fairy Policies ✨ please take a moment to review these before booking — they help me create a smooth, respectful experience for both of us 💗 ⸻ 📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING you may cancel or reschedule up to 8hours before your appointment with no charge. same-day cancellations or rescheduling will be charged a fee of 75% your scheduled service total. no-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be restricted from rebooking. ⸻ ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS there is a 15-minute grace period. if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $15 LATE FEE & your appointment may be shortened or canceled depending on the schedule — and the full price of the service still applies. please let me know if you’re running late! ⸻ 💅 NAIL REPAIR & GUARANTEE nail services are guaranteed for up to 7 days. if you experience chipping, lifting, or breakage within that time, reach out with photos and i’ll be happy to schedule a complimentary fix. after 7 days, repairs will require a small fee. ⸻ 🚫 REFUNDS all services are final sale. if you’re ever unsatisfied, please let me know during your appointment so we can adjust in the moment. your feedback matters to me 💖 ⸻ 🌸 CLIENT BEHAVIOR & SAFETY this is a private and relaxing space — please be kind, respectful, and mindful. inappropriate behavior or disrespectful language will result in refusal of service. for safety reasons, no extra guests or children are allowed unless we’ve discussed it ahead of time. ⸻ 🙅‍♀️ SERVICE REFUSAL i may decline services if: • you have open wounds, active infections, or nail/fungal conditions • your nails aren’t healthy enough for the requested service • you repeatedly arrive late, cancel last minute, or disregard policies ⸻ by booking with The Nail Fairy, you agree to these terms. thank you for valuing my time, care, and artistry 💕 can’t wait to treat your nails.
